Type specimen: U M2-RF 345, a cephalon/head (cranidium). Its type locality is Top of Hill III. Northwest of Niaz, Kale Sardar, which is in a Famennian carbonate limestone in the Shishtu Formation of Iran.

Ecology: fast-moving low-level epifaunal deposit feeder

Distribution: found only at Top of Hill III. Northwest of Niaz, Kale Sardar
