  • Claenodon montanensis: Its type locality is Gidley Quarry, which is in a Torrejonian terrestrial horizon in the Fort Union Formation of Montana
  • Claenodon vecordensis: Its type locality is Lower Lebo Loc. 9, which is in a Torrejonian terrestrial horizon in the "Fort Union" (= Lebo) Formation of Montana.

Distribution:

• Paleocene of Canada (2: Alberta collections), United States (8: Montana, Wyoming)

Total: 10 collections each including a single occurrence
