Belongs to Peichiashania according to J. H. Shergold 1980

Sister taxa: Peichiashania hunanensis, Peichiashania quarta, Peichiashania rectangularis, Peichiashania secunda, Peichiashania tertia

Type specimen: CPC 15025, a cephalon/head (cranidium). Its type locality is Lily Creek Section K201, which is in an Iverian open shallow subtidal grainstone in the Chatsworth Formation of Australia.

Ecology: nektobenthic carnivore

Distribution:

• Cambrian of Australia (10 collections)

Total: 10 collections each including a single occurrence
