Type specimen: UUG JV 2166, a cephalon/head. Its type locality is Cerná Rokle at Kosor, which is in a Lochkovian deep subtidal shelf wackestone/grainstone in the Lochkov Formation of the Czech Republic.
Ecology: fast-moving low-level epifaunal suspension feeder
Distribution:
• Devonian of the Czech Republic (2 collections)
Total: 2 collections each including a single occurrence
