Type specimen: UALVP 22823, a tooth (LM3). Its type locality is Verdigris Coulee (UA-MR-6), which is in a Santonian terrestrial sandstone/shale in the Milk River Formation of Canada.

• Cretaceous of Canada (1: Alberta collection), United States (3: Montana, Utah)
