Type specimen: UA 13466, a skeleton. Its type locality is Torado Creek site 2, which is in a Lutetian fluvial-lacustrine shale in the Klondike Mountain Formation of Washington.
Ecology: planktonic suspension feeder
Distribution: found only at Torado Creek site 2
