Sister taxon: Ourayia uintensis

Type specimen: YPM 15266, a mandible (fragment of right jaw with P4-M2). Its type locality is Myton Pocket, which is in an Uintan terrestrial horizon in the Uinta Formation of Utah.

• Eocene of United States (3: Texas, Utah, Wyoming collections)
