Type specimen: UCM 54239, a mandible (mandible with LP/4, M/2-3). Its type locality is UCM L-86062, which is in a Wasatchian terrestrial horizon in the Willwood Formation of Wyoming.

Ecology: arboreal omnivore

Distribution:

• Eocene of United States (2: Wyoming collections)

Total: 2 collections each including a single occurrence
