Type specimen: CSUK97-2-12, a tooth. Its type locality is Entrance to Fort Benning, Interstate Highway 185, which is in a Santonian/Santonian marine sandstone/mudstone in the Eutaw Formation of Georgia.
Distribution:
• Cretaceous of United States (3: Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina collections)
Total: 3 collections each including a single occurrence
