Type specimen: USGS 28327, a mandible (right dentary with p4-m2). Its type locality is USGS D-1834, which is in a Wasatchian fluvial-lacustrine horizon in the Willwood Formation of Wyoming.

Ecology: arboreal insectivore

Distribution: found only at USGS D-1834
