Type specimen: C.M. No. 6488, a mandible (right ramus of mandible with P4-M3, inclusive). Its type locality is Powder Wash (Upper), which is in a Bridgerian channel lag sandstone in the Green River Formation of Utah.

Ecology: arboreal insectivore

Distribution: found only at Powder Wash (Upper)
