Type specimen: PRI 20021, a shell. Its type locality is Danville Landing, which is in a Priabonian marginal marine marl in the Moodys Branch Formation of Louisiana.

Ecology: epifaunal carnivore

Distribution:

• Eocene of United States (4: Louisiana, Mississippi collections)

Total: 4 collections each including a single occurrence
