Type specimen: PVPH 37, a set of postcrania. Its type locality is Patagonykus type, Sierra del Portezuelo [MCF], which is in a Turonian/Coniacian fluvial sandstone in the Portezuelo Formation of Argentina.
Ecology: ground dwelling carnivore
Distribution: found only at Patagonykus type, Sierra del Portezuelo [MCF]
