Type specimen: UKMNHVP 49127, a set of vertebrae (trunk vertebra). Its type locality is KU-NEBR-22, which is in an Orellan terrestrial horizon in the Brule Formation of Nebraska.

Distribution: found only at KU-NEBR-22
