Type specimen: Its type locality is Locality 92. T215. Good outcrops 14 kilometers north of No. 8 Dam, south of Coolibah Dam., which is in a Darriwilian marine chert/dolomite in the Coolibah Formation of Australia.

Distribution:

• Ordovician of Australia (6 collections)

Total: 6 collections each including a single occurrence
