Type specimen: Its type locality is Just north of De Busk Mill, 3 miles south of Glade Spring, which is in a Deming carbonate limestone in the Chepultepec Formation of Virginia

Ecology: facultatively mobile epifaunal grazer

Distribution:

• Ordovician of United States (7: Missouri, Virginia collections)

Total: 7 collections each including a single occurrence
