Type specimen: Its type locality is Raymond A2. Canadian Pacific railroad cut, E. Main St., Aylmer, which is in a Chazyan carbonate limestone/sandstone in the Hog’s Back Formation of Canada.

Ecology: epifaunal herbivore

Distribution:

• Ordovician of Canada (1: Quebec collection)

• Chazy of United States (1: New York)
