Type specimen: Its type locality is AMNH 3013. Small quarry on east side of Swamp Rd, 1 mi. S. of Gill Rd. Intersect, which is in a Cazenovian carbonate shale/siltstone in the Marcellus Formation of New York.

Ecology: slow-moving low-level epifaunal detritivore

Distribution:
