Type specimen: Its type locality is Locality 082.5 kilometers south-southwest of Latrobe, which is in a Chewtonian marine sandstone in the Caroline Creek Formation of Australia.

Ecology: stationary semi-infaunal suspension feeder

Distribution: found only at Locality 08. 2.5 kilometers south-southwest of Latrobe
