Type specimen: USNM 13784, a partial shell (anterior lobe of a plastron). Its type locality is Camp Roosevelt, Zone 10, which is in a Burdigalian estuary/bay claystone in the Calvert Formation of Maryland.

Total: 3 collections each including a single occurrence
