Type specimen: TMM 43631-1, a skull. Its type locality is Calsoyasuchus Hill (TMM 43631), which is in a Sinemurian/Pliensbachian channel sandstone in the Kayenta Formation of Arizona.

Ecology: carnivore

Distribution: found only at Calsoyasuchus Hill (TMM 43631)
