Sister taxa: Holia anacantha, Holia cimelia, Holia magnaspina, Holia secristi

Type specimen: UA 1839, a pygidium. Its type locality is Sunblood Mountain Calyptaulax-Ceraurinella Biofacies (A-110), which is in a Chazyan deep subtidal limestone in the Esbataottine Formation of Canada.

Ecology: fast-moving low-level epifaunal carnivore

Distribution:

• Chazyan of Canada (10: Northwest Territories collections)

Total: 10 collections each including a single occurrence
