Taxonomy
Psiloceras marcouxi was named by Guex et al. (1998) [from PBDB 188597, originally identified as Psiloceras (?) sp. A ]. It is considered to be a form taxon. Its type specimen is No L-20-P2 (Guex 1995, Pl. 1, Fig. 2), a shell, and it is a mold.
