Parapenascoceras sanandreasense

Taxonomy
Titanoceras sanandreasense was named by Miller et al. (1933). It is not a trace fossil. Its type locality is Penasco Valley, Highway 82, which is in a Roadian shallow subtidal limestone in the San Andres Formation of New Mexico.

It was recombined as Stearoceras sanandreasense by Miller and Youngquist (1949); it was recombined as Parapenascoceras sanandreasense by Ruzhentsev and Shimanskiy (1954).
