Maitaia absoluta
Taxonomy
Maitaia absoluta was named by Astafieva (1989). Its type specimen is PIN 4150/113, a shell (Cast of closed valves), and it is a cast. Its type locality is Makhchar River, Upper Boguchan Horizon, Northern Orulgan, which is in a Wordian marine siliciclastic in the Delendzha Formation of the Russian Federation.
