Taxonomy
Pleurotomaria (Bembexia) rarissima was named by Perner (1907) [Barrande in Perner 1907]. It is a 3D body fossil.

It was recombined as Hanusispira rarissima by Horný (1992); it was recombined as Ruedemannia (Batteniella) rarissima by Frýda and Manda (1997), Wagner (2023).
