Marocarcinus pasinii
Taxonomy
Marocarcinus pasinii was named by Guinot et al. (2008). Its type specimen is MSNM i26831, a carapace, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is "Hamada des Kem Kem" Escarpment, which is in a Cenomanian/Turonian open shallow subtidal limestone in Morocco. It is the type species of Marocarcinus.
