Taxonomy
Spiriferina (Reticulariina) transindica was named by Reed (1944). Its type specimen is GSI 17089, a shell, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is E of Pahrwala Wahan, W of Bilot, top Middle Productus limestone, Trans-Indus, which is in a Wuchiapingian marine horizon in the Wargal Formation of Pakistan.
