Hypodolops sapoensis
Taxonomy
Hypodolops sapoensis was named by Chornogubsky (2020). Its type specimen is LIEB-PV 1153, a maxilla (a right maxillary fragment with M1-2. (Fig.), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Laguna Fría, which is in a Lutetian terrestrial tuff in Argentina. It is the type species of Hypodolops.
