Lacunaria carrenoae
Taxonomy
Lacunaria carrenoae was named by Perrilliat (2013). Its type specimen is IGM 4375 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is PU 1300-2 - 1.6 km north and 3.7 km east of intersection of Cajiloa Creek, which is in a Thanetian shallow subtidal shale/sandstone in the Sepultura Formation of Mexico.
