Coturnix alabrevis

Taxonomy
Coturnix alabrevis was named by Rando et al. (2020). Its type specimen is MMF 47331, a set of limb elements (left tibiotarsus), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Fonte da Areia, Porto Santo, which is in a Pleistocene/Holocene eolian sandstone in Portugal.
