Deacheospira hotzi
Taxonomy
Mourlonia hotzi was named by Rohr (1980). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is USNM 18128. Small outcrops in brush, slightly south of top of ridge, 4550’ elev, which is in a Llandeilo carbonate limestone/conglomerate in the Kangaroo Creek Formation of California.
It was recombined as Deacheospira hotzi by Wagner (1999), Wagner (2023).
