D.K. Pandey et al. 2012Shells small, septate till end, evolute, compressed. Whorl section subquadrangular with lat sides and narrowly rounded venter (Fig. 27AE), umbilical wall distinct but short and vertical. Ornamentation consists of gradually varicostate (ine in the inner whorls and moderately thick in the middle whorls) and sharp primary ribs beginning in a slightly rursiradiate fashion near the umbilical margin to turn prorsiradiately on the lanks. They branch regularly into two iner secondaries just short of the ventrolateral shoulder. The secondaries diminish towards the mid venter and exhibit a slight forward-directed convexity. Ribbing density is moderate, gradually increasing during growth (Fig. 28). Constrictions are shallow, numbering at least two per whorls
