Taxonomy
Anadara mummi was named by Mansfield (1938). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is USGS Loc. 8854, 8855, 8856, 10461 - A.L. Parrish Farm [Suwannee Lmst], which is in an Oligocene marine limestone in the Suwannee Limestone Formation of Florida.
