Astarte andicola
Taxonomy
Astarte andicola was named by Cox (1949). Its type specimen is BML 78337 and is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Lake Churcacocha, SE of Hacienda Huanca, Cerro de Pasco, which is in a Norian shallow subtidal limestone in Peru.
