Cybelurus mirus

Taxonomy
Encrinurus mirus was named by Billings (1865) [Lectotype selected by Whittington 1965]. Its type specimen is GSC 697 (lectotype), a cephalon/head (cranidium), and it is a 3D body fossil.

It was recombined as Cybele mira by Raymond (1925); it was recombined as Miracybele mira by Whittington (1965); it was recombined as Cybelurus mirus by Fortey (1980).
