Geragnostus crassus

Geragnostus crassus was named by Tjernvik (1956) [= 1905 Agnastus glabratus ANGELIN var. ingricus F. S cHMIDT.-WIMAN, Ein Shumardiaschiefer, p . 1 3 , pi. r , figs . 23, 24.]. Its type specimen is PU no. Vg 279, a pygidium, and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Hunneberg Group Limestone Biota, Vastergotland, which is in a Tremadocian/Floian deep subtidal shelf limestone in Sweden.
