Boonea impressa

Taxonomy
Turritella impressa was named by Say (1822) [DISTRIBUTION: Western Atlantic.]. It is extant. Its type locality is Dave Weeks place, Coon Creek, which is in a Campanian coastal sandstone in the Ripley Formation of Tennessee.

It was recombined as Odostomia impressa by Clark (1906); it was recombined as Boonea impressa by Hendy et al. (2008).
