Pseudotemperoceras pulchrum was named by Schastlivceva (1986). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Nonammonoid cephalopods of the Western Verkhoyansk Range, Kharaulakhsk Mountains, which is in an Olenekian marine horizon in the Russian Federation. It is the type species of Pseudotemperoceras.
