Phacoides (Bellucina) tebatnapalensis was named by Oostingh (1941) [DISTRIBUTION: Late Miocene; Indonesia.]. It is not a trace fossil.

It was recombined as Linga (Bellucina) tebatnapalensis by Skwarko (1994); it was recombined as Cardiolucina tebatnapalensis by Hendy (2007).
