Taxonomy
Sinokannemeyeria pearsoni was named by Young (1937). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Shihpi, 5522, Wuhsiang-Yüshe area, which is in an Anisian terrestrial siliciclastic in the Ermaying Formation of China. It is the type species of Sinokannemeyeria.
