Peneteius saueri

Taxonomy
Manangyasaurus saueri was named by McCord (1998). Its type specimen is OMNH 20904, a maxilla (partial maxilla with three teeth), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Kaiparowits Formation (Lower), OMNH V6, which is in a Campanian terrestrial horizon in the Kaiparowits Formation of Utah. It is the type species of Manangyasaurus.

It was recombined as Peneteius saueri by Nydam et al. (2007).
