Pappocricetodon rencunensis
Taxonomy
Pappocricetodon rencunensis was named by Tong (1992). Its type specimen is IVPP V8928, a tooth (RM1), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is 5311, Rencun, Mianchixian County, Yuanqu basin, which is in a Sharamurunian terrestrial horizon in the Hedi Formation of China. It is the type species of Pappocricetodon.
