Diagnosis

D. B. Blake and D. R. Elliott 2003Arm petaloid, distal primary arm ossicles enlarged. Primary circlet probably enlarged but largely obscured by granules in available material. "Extraneous" or "x" ossicles not observed. Carinals not exposed proximally but accesssories suggest carinals absent or only weakly developed. Distal carinals in single series, ossicles abutted; no lateral series. Marginals in single series, robust, tabular; marginals, adambulacrals together forming rounded arm margin. Distal adambulacrals robust; adambulacral ventral-lateral spine fringe present. Axillary ossicles, if developed, not exposed. Probable actinal ossicles paxillate, in multiple series; series terminate as arm expands distally. Ambulacral, adambulacrals probably paired. Dorsal podial pores present, ambulacrals not foreshortened, podia in two rows. Disk adambulacrals unkown. enlarged pustules not recognized; surface texture finely pustulose, accessory granules present.
