Baataromomys ulaanus

Taxonomy
Baataromomys ulaanus was named by Ni et al. (2007). Its type specimen is IVPP V14614, a tooth (right m2), and it is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Huheboerhe (NM-3), which is in a Bumbanian terrestrial mudstone/claystone in the Nomogen Formation of China. It is the type species of Baataromomys.
