Chlamys ashiyaensis

Taxonomy
Pecten (Chlamys) ashiyaensis was named by Nagao (1928). It is a 3D body fossil. Its type locality is Yamaga, NE, which is in an Oligocene marine horizon in Japan.

It was recombined as Chlamys ashiyaensis by Hatai and Nisiyama (1952).
