Mya (Arenomya) grewingki was named by Makiyama (1934). It is a 3D body fossil.

It was recombined as Mya grewingki by Nagao and Inoue (1941), Fujie (1957) and Masuda and Noda (1976).

Synonyms
  • Mya kusiroensis was named by Nagao and Inoue (1941) [DISTRIBUTION: Cenozoic; North Pacific.]. It is not a trace fossil.

    It was synonymized subjectively with Mya (Arenomya) grewingki by Kafanov et al. (2001).
