Taxonomy
Cardium (Trachycardium) kinsmarae was named by Makiyama (1934) [DISTRIBUTION: Cenozoic; Japan.]. It is not a trace fossil.

It was recombined as Cardium kinsmarae by Gladenkov et al. (1988); it was recombined as Trachycardium kinsmarae by Kafanov et al. (2001).
