Urasterella ruthveni

Taxonomy
Uraster ruthveni was named by Forbes (1848). Its type specimen is Holotype MSM A5497 and is not a trace fossil.

It was recombined as Palaeaster ruthveni by Salter (1857) and Wright (1863); it was recombined as Urasterella ruthveni by McCoy (1851), Schuchert (1914), Schuchert (1915), Spencer (1918), Owen (1965), Blake and Rozhnov (2007) and Lewis et al. (2007).
