Thoralaster spiculiformis
Taxonomy
Thoralaster spiculiformis was named by Dean Shackleton (2005). It is not extant. Its type specimen is Holotype FSL 168 697, paratype FSL 1879 564. Its type locality is Layer F, Saint-Chinian, Montagne Noire, which is in a Tremadocian deep subtidal shelf claystone/siltstone in the Saint-Chinian Formation of France.
